Police have busted a fake liquor racket in West Bengal's Siliguri. The Pradhan Nagar police found fake liquor inside a house near Milan More in Devidanga. The police have recovered two thousand bottles of fake liquor and many other materials from the house.
At the same time, a person running the business has been arrested. The name of the arrested accused is Dilip Mondal. He is a resident of Hakimpara.
According to police sources, secret information was received that fake liquor is being prepared in the Milan More area. Acting on this, the police of Pradhan Nagar conducted a raid at a rented house last night.
The illegal business of fake liquor was revealed after searching the house. The police recovered two thousand bottles of fake liquor, 80 liters of raw spirit, logos, and bottles of a famous company from the house.
After this, the police arrested Dilip on charges of running a fake liquor business. Pradhan Nagar police station has started further action.
